Regions covered by repetitive elements or with other snps are identified in the sequence and marked with an N. These sequences are the known repetative sequences from LINE elements and other transposable elements. At this time, there is not a library of pseudogenes that can also be masked (a tool is currently in development by us but it will take many months to actually get this into the public's hands). On that masked page, you will find a .tbl link which is the output of the RepeatMasker software. This page gives a report of the repeat elements found.

The text output of the gene topology is given under the Gene Image link in the introduction section of each gene.
